We had a very comfortable 2 nights stay. The staff were cooperative and amicable in case of questions. The location of the hotel was favourable - at a short distance from Cheese Factory. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

There were very comfy beds and TV, a dining area, and a sitting area in the deluxe room. Mountain view here was delightful. Location: the hotel was just next door to Trinity House, panchgani and mahabaleshwar, and the garden followed by a deep valley.
